From Matsushima-Kaigan Station : From JR Sendai Station, take the JR Senseki Line to Matsushima-Kaigan Station. A five-minute walk will bring you to the sightseeing boat terminal, where you can purchase a ticket for a cruise around Matsushima Bay.
And other courses from Hon-Shiogama Station. It take about 5-10 minute walk to Shiogama Pier (Marine Gate Shiogama), where you buy ticket for cruise sightseeing.
