Amanohashidate

Amanohashidate (天橋立) is a scenic spot located in Miyazu Bay in the northern part of Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. It’s often referred to as one of Japan’s “Three Views” (Nihon Sankei), along with Matsushima in Miyagi Prefecture and Itsukushima Shrine in Hiroshima Prefecture. Amanohashidate translates to “bridge to heaven” in Japanese.
